Tailored support

Every arrangement is discussed individually. Weekly and fortnightly support can be considered around needs, location and availability.

  • Regular ongoing support
  • SDS-funded arrangements can be discussed
Regular support

Support can be arranged as a simple regular plan.

Some people prefer a predictable visit every week or month. Others need a more flexible arrangement. We can discuss both.

Home Support

£100/4 weeks

4 × 1-hour visits focused on practical support and companionship.

Home Support Plus

£200/4 weeks

4 × 2-hour visits where more time is useful.

Community & Companionship

£200/4 weeks

4 × 2-hour community or companionship sessions.

Community Plus

£300/4 weeks

4 × 3-hour sessions for longer outings, activities or support.

Plans are based on a 4-week period. They are starting points; we can discuss a different frequency or combination if that better fits the person.

If you are unsure what support fits

You do not need to choose a service before you contact us. Tell John what is happening, what is becoming difficult and what you would like to make easier. We can talk through the options together.

Choice and control

Already using Self-directed Support?

CareWithJohn can discuss arrangements where SDS funding is applicable. In Scotland, SDS is designed around choice, control and involvement in decisions about support.
